I know something about Steel Plant Engineering.
Even a 1 million Ton/year Integrated Basic Products Plant will cost 20,000 Crore Rs @ 47/$
What is this one for 200 Cr in Himanta's Costituency-I wonder!
What happened to the other "Steel Plant " Launched during Deve Gouda's days in North Kamrup?
