Crude Oil Tanker carries liquid. Where from GAS  and which Petroleum Gas is poisonous?
Exploded? Means it was a high Pressure LPG wagon. LPG will engulf ina flame-- not explode

More than 20 people died and around 40 others have fallen seriously ill after inhaling poisonous gas when they went to pilfer crude oil at Chaiding in Karbi Anglong district on Friday midnight.According to information, a group of around 70 people from the area halted a goods train at Chaiding between Dhansiri and Rangapahar and tried to unload crude oil from a wagon.As they started opening the wagon full of poisonous gas, it exploded leaving more than twenty people dead on the spot. More than forty who were also among these gathered to pilfer crude oil have fallen seriously ill. Notably, two NSCN(IM) cadres are also in the list of the deceased. Some of the seriously ill people have been rushed to Dimapur Civil Hospital while some others have been admitted to the Dhansiri Civil Hospital.Twenty dead bodies have been recovered but some bodies have been lifted before the morning fearing some other sensational revelations.It may be recalled that for the last
 couple of months, some miscreants aided and abetted by a section of NF Railway officials unload crude oil at gunpoint. The Friday midnight incident was one of the attempts  Details are awaited.http://www.assamtimes.org/hot-news/2074.html
