The Best course of action NOW  will be to repopulate  the whole commission with people Ready to learn and implement simple , effective , corrective measures based on fundamentals. Fresh  Engineers(Hydraulics)  ,Mathematics( Computational Fluid Dynamics)- Physical Chemistry(Coagulation ,Settlement of solids)Graduates /Masters/Researchers  from all over India and world  are ideal  members-located at Darbhanga.
