[Assam] SOLES for TOTS

We discussed *the soles for tots* proposal in our EC meeting yesterday. EC
decided to participate and will route the collected shoes for kids through
our member Dr.Sashanka S.Dutta. I am Ccing this mail to him as well. Pl be
