[Assam] The farce

How many comical farces do we have to endure in this life-time in Assam?
Is the current farce going to bring the astronomical prices down?
Is the current farce going to end the huge defalcation of public fund?
Is the current farce going to ensure the right implement of the NREGA scheme?
Is it going to bring peace and prosperity to Assam?

If yes, why the Maoists are prospering in the Central India ?
If yes, why there is growing peasant unrest in Assam, which is not related to the present farce being enacted?
If yes, could we have been better off without the enactment of the entire farce from the very beginning?

And if not, can we safely infer then that the causes generating the unrest in the mind and action amidst the people will surely keep quite a few young people discontent/ marginalised goading them to some extreme quixotic steps that may enact another round of farce in the days to come? The old ones hardly go out to battle field, discontent notwithstanding!
