Health check up concludes at press club
 
Guwahati: More than 50% journalist and media persons of the city have shown the reading of high blood pressure during a health check up organized at Guwahati Press Club on Thursday. Among the participating 150  media persons, 30% have recorded high blood sugar as well. Organized in association with the Sun Valley Diabetic Care and Research Center, Guwahati on December 31, the camp started at 10 am and continued till 2 pm.
During the camp, the doctors also interacted with the participating media persons and highlighted the necessary cares needed for the foot injuries of diabetic patients. 
On behalf of the Sun Valley Diabetic Hospital, Dr Sudhir Jain with Dr Bikash Bhattacharya, Dr Mukul Bora and Dr Abu Altaf conducted the camp. They were assisted by Kishore Kumar Kalita (Roche Diagnostic Private Limited), Bijoya Das, Nibedita Deka, Jitu Kalita, Pankaj Medhi in conducting the camp. 
Managing Directors of the Sun Valley Diabetic Hospital, Abhoy Hazarika, Ajit Kumar Kakotey, Akshay Kumar Pathak thanked the journalists for participating in the health check up camp in the press club.
