[Assam] What they are doing here??

Friends,
So far I served with military, know them well.But since the fall of Assam in China defeat, and later from 31 Dec 1990- what they are doing there? I mean Indian military?To be honest our border are not that bad like Pakistan one.Not like J&K also. I found even military are not intersted to trace ULFA or NDFB etc to Bangaldesh too.Then????

1. Who is so crazy to deploy Army to give super power more than Judicial powers to kill simple peoples? Why they are unwilling to get to the hardcore top brass of any outfit?
2. Why only Assam?Why not TN- which openly support LTTE- the outfit kiled one PM?
3. Is this only anti Assamese propaganda by RAW?IB?or.. GOI?
4. Why no Intelligence in NE??? Only weaponfull of man like Iraq patrolling to chase only Assamese all over and creating havoc.This havoc means making villagers more furious and deadly to do any unwanted crime now.
5. finally these are leading to more crime,brutality everywhere as done for War crimes.Now all shifted to normal villages.
Anyway out?
Of course no doubt, this is only causing more corruptions in army.Large number are willing to come here- only to earn extra,either captures money,or extra money funded for Sadbhavana!!! Om Shanti!! Get posting in Assam and live in heaven later! Amen.
