Dear Bikash,

You are correct. Having a web presence is only a matter of time &
maintenance these days. The 799.00 rate seems attractive. I found a list of
web hosting sites that are supposedly free. I have never used them so I
cannot vouch. But Sushanta could take a look and read the reviews.
