I'm just delighted by the interaction between you and Bikashda. Possibly, I have became a little negative these days.Bikashda failed to  understand my point in earlier mail.I regret for that. To make him (or anyone else) understand I'll have to tell the complete story behind our venture and the environment in the academic arena of the state. I'll tell whenever I get the time. All I can say for now, all most all the colleges of the state tried to publish a journal like ours one when the NAAC evaluated * Style Definitions */

--> the colleges five years back.None of them ( except one in Cotton Collge) continued to do so.
It happened so, not for the principal's active punctuation , but for the positive attitude of a small team of teachers including me. 
By this time we have created a group of regular writers ( in & out of the college) for the journal.We have developed a system of team work ( though a loose one ) which is helping the venture to get going.No teachers and students object to give regular annual subscription. It help us to create an average annual fund of Rs 1,50,000. The amount sounds  big one. But the venture is not a small one either. We publish three issue in a year, 2500 copies each.Each issue cost ( that too happening, because the press is very co-operative ) around Rs 50,000 or so. So, you can understand, we have very little money for extra expenditure.We spend very little money for refreshment etc. As phone call or net expenses we actually don't have any money.We don't claim at all. 
In spite of so many positive things to tell, very few of our friends ( including the principal) understand the system at all. They always remain conscious about the content of the text and money, so that no one get any opportunity to trap us in unwanted debate or controversy.
Whenever, this type of things will take place the venture might be withdrawn for good.
Being an active and sincere worker, I work for it under constant pressure and tenssion.
Personally, I'm secrificing lot for this journal. But, after so many years I came to understand that nither NAAC or UGC or University will recognise our 

endeavour. They only understand the language of reacherch journal. No one read these reachearch journals if he or she don't get any refferential content in it.So, no college ever attempt to publish one. But these have great importance in career advancement.  Our terget reader is the  students.No one in the authority have any concept about that type of endeavour!!!People keep  suggesting me to go for reachearch work. That will keep my career secured. I'm not doing so. So, I'm afraid, if PRAGYAN has to be closed down under any unevoidable circumstances in near future I'll be left nowhere. Only the friends and the regular writers, who are pleased with haveing a platform will keep saying that once we had a great venture called  PRAGYAN!!!!Now, come to the point.To tell the truth, it's me who bears all most all the extra expences including the expecces for phone and net.No one in our editorial board have have net connection either. Very few know the
 computer job including our editor-in chief Sri Rana Changmai. In this year only It has cost me more than Rs 5000/-.A good share of these were the result of technical faults and my ignorence in the dealing with net.So, you found me nigetive .(Sri) Wahid Saleh ( our friend in Assamnet) also tried to help me lot a few month back. I was enthralled enough that he had given so much time to teach me the bussiness.But, that I had Broadband a plan of 250/- permonth. Which has limitation of 1GB. I can't tell him my compultion, neither can I ignore him . He , too, provided me a few site adresses ( including the  Ramda's one). I found that either these sites offer limited space or the have limited support system.One or two site regularly keep me asking by sending mails to update my profiles. But whenever I tried to open it's all HOCH-POCH goes on, I can't make you understand.Some sites don't open at all.So,......I hope Bikashda ( and Wahidda as well ) can
 understand my problem now.I'm not negative at all. We will have to increase the suscription rate next year. If we succeed to do so I/we will be pleased enough to have help from Bikashda.Anyway, I'll keep talking with my friends and colegues. if I find any green signals then I might let you know in any earlier time. You are correct again Bikash.  A free hosting is not always free, and like you pointed out not all technical advantages of a paid site may be available.

It is good to know you are helping out Sushanta. That is the spirit.

It's nice to have your mail again. Surely, we have a dream to open a paid website whenever we can. But, for now we don't have that much money to spend. We are continuing  the journal with deficit budget  every year. Every year the cost of Printing and paper is moving up.But we didn't increase our annual subscription for last four year.This year our deficit would be all most Rs 10,000 or so.

But, one need not subscribe the perfspot networking site to read PRAGYAN.Yes, One can not make any direct comment there.For that one has to use our email ID.That why, we mentioned that on ''About Us''  box.And the people are doing so.

If we can send you to read the journal for free why not we will use the opportunity? It's  this type of attitude , that is making possible for PRAGYAN for survive so many years!!!
It's a history of everyday struggle against hundreds of odds.I don't know whether we are going to create the history or to dumped in a remote corner of history.If we can survive against all the negative attitude of the academic arena of the state then surely we'll create a website of our own.Probably within a year or two.

Anyway we are going to publish your translated poem.
