Yes C'da.. unfortunately, items like hygiene and health safety are not high
up on the totem pole in India.  Be it drinking water, air polution,
drainage, or garbage pickup, they always on the back burner.

Well, that's what astronauts keep telling us. But, wild horses couldn't drag
me to 'test the waters' ... pun intended, and that too in India.

Now, now, you can't take a broad swipe here. First, is there something
called a "Hindu Science"? Unless, you are talking about ayurvedic.

This, you well know is the RSS and Ram Sena (don't know why they took my
name?:) stuff. Most mainstream Hindus will have nothing to do
