The report lacks some basic information like --
1) What is included in this alleged Human Rights Violations ? Does it also include arrest of criminals like the 'bhais' and 'dons' ?  
2) What is the number of HRV against majority ?The last time I saw the meaning of equidistant was "equal distant from two or more objects".  Unless we know the position of all the objects (HRV against Majority),  trying to analyse if a point is equidistant from all objects makes little sense.
 
On a side note,  it is heartening to see that you are now gaining confidence on Desi media.  From the flood of posts citing TOI and Outlook,  I think your earlier stance of "desi media sucks" has changed.
 
It is also very encouraging to note that you are taking interest in affairs of India, changing the earlier stance of "I do not care if
 India goes to hell or to moon".
