[Assam] Noise pollution: mosques in Oxford Univ, churches in US

In India anything goes!!  All night Jaagrans (Hindus), Mosques etc daily etc etc. Sikh Gurudwaras make less noise I think or less often. Churches seems to be in trouble only in Christian dominated areas.

Hindu fests noise


This week police came and talked to a roommate of mine - asking him to lower his music. Anything which can be heard by neighbors at anytime is noise -as per rules.
