Exactly!

What good will the greatest of software do, when the connectivity
does not exist?

What should come first?

*** How will broadband connectivity be created in India's
backwoods? Cable?
Fiber optic/DSL ? Satellite? Or those decrepit and
dysfunctional phone lines?

*** Compare that to use of existing electrical power lines to
provide the connectivity.

So, Aiyars big talk is just that. It has no substance and
demonstrates a lack of fundamental awareness of what needs done. It
is all about show.
