[Assam] [asom] Assam's Per Capita income is falling down?

In Assamese there is a saying:

<Ramayan porhi xex korar pisot xudhise--Xitaa mwotaa ne maikii>

I submitted in PCG 1st. to PM    "Liberate US --and we will Liberate YOU"

They failed.

Result-they are  now sinking so fast -that we will catch up --at the bottom of the world's development.
