[Assam] KHOL AND LITTLE KHULIYAS

[Dilip and Dil Deka]

Laudable - a Namghar being used for knowledge transfer, preservation of Assamese culture (Khol Badon), and the lessons are free. The environment looks so organized.
I feel deprived that we did not have such organized cultural activities when we grew up in Guwahati in the early sixties.
