As I have heard (so it is hear say), that the Union Government has a Statistical outpost in a village near Karimganj. That is one source of information for making such mesurements:-)

"WE HAVE BEEN PREDICTING that this year our growth cannot be more than 7%.----------

Sept 30 changed all our lives.--- yours too?--- Mine for sure--I lost my job--- but we would have proven beyond any reasonable doubt that we have created this 7% growth  when all the So-called developed world could get only ZERO%----"  

Any idea how you measure '% growth'?



And in the "Lok Sabha TV Channel "there were hectic debates on  why Indian Agriculture is going rapidly----DOWNHILL
