In Pachim Baragaon, Guwahati (near national Highway) there are several mills with tall chimneys from several industries. They make iron poles to Britania biscuits. They operate at night and carbon dusts drop like rain in some places.

May I request CTG,  NEDFi and friends attending this meeting to raise this concern.
