[Assam] New library opened at Kalaigaon

Hearty greetings for the informations.Although our entire family is involved for social well being at Mangaldai and kalaigaon.Since we now belong to new dist-Udalguri, we can no more work with Mangaldai.Still the links are on.Right now I am on a diferent mision for cyber war by Pakistan .hence working more and unable to write at Assamnet etc.
