A few days ago, some young turks at the office were discussing "twitter".
Then while the President was speaking to the Congress, the media had reports
about some  senators 'twittering' during the speech. I have heard of Twitter
for some time now, but never paid much attention.

My take was that twittering (or micro-blogging as some call it) is another
of those fads, and possibily only for the 'young & the restless' - but was
taken aback, when I found some in the late 20s still new to it, while some
in the 40s seem quite comfy with it. Maybe, it will be more than a fad.

I came across this 2 min video (from Twitter) - an intro. It seems Twitter
has some of the best U-tubes and videos that are very easy to understand -
and many businesses, churches & educational institutions are now seriously
looking into practical applications of twittering.

I don't twitter (at least,not yet), but am game.
