Dr Rameshn Deka, first I met in 1984 at Hauz Khas with traditional Nalbaria language...I was new young soldier then.I used to refer all my friends to him for ENT matters.A real doctor for the mankind. Cool man with more qualities and he deserve the best.Cheers.
