Dialogue/discussion/talk are wonderful words,no doubt.But there is a caveat
here--the discussion will be meaningful only when demands are legitimate.
Moreover,in a polyglot,multi-ethnic and multi-religious state like
Assam,people's mandate is necessary.I think,Chandanda will agree with me on
this
