**** You are allowed the loss of memory defense, A. We know how it
goes. At least you didn't attempt to
play the weasel defense :-).
**** What is "implied" , while being a valid issue, can be and iS
manipulated by the beholder's
vision or tinged by their leanings, likes, dislikes or other personal
quirks. Therefore they
are open to EXAMINATION, in the context of things. They cannot be
direct PROOFs .
