[Assam] force is effective only as a preventative

Dear Chandan Da,

I saw the effect of imperial advertisement in "re: :[Assam] force is
effective only as a preventative" on some of us, and so tried a
digression:-)

The story I related in the last mail is 2 years old. I saw how the hills of
Uttaranchal had been populated by the hordes unemployed Israelis after their
compulsory military training. Thankfully. the Hamas are still unaware of
this silent invasion on the slopes of the hills!

Anyway, in a few days time I'm going to the heart- high-lands of the Maoists
to see what has been happening up on the hills there :-)

**** I can't help you here U, but where on earth are you? Have a good time,
wherever you are. It should always be a good thing when you are in the midst
of people that are not the same-old, same old. BTW, what did I write this
time that sent up urges in your mind to reply in kind :-)?
