It still is beating around the bush and does not address:
A: IF it is a good idea or not.
B: If it is NOT a bad idea, if it is desirable, then we can look into
how to
achieve it.
Just because it seems like an impossibility ( which it might be) , we
must
not attempt to portrait the idea as bad or undesirable. That would be
thoughtless.
