[Assam] Manipur continues to be completely cut off - The Sentinel

Manipur is a complex situation. Nagas do not want to part of Manipur.
Kukis do not want to be part of Nagaland. I guess that the majority (
Meites ) do not want to be part with India.
While the blockage has been a clear case of ransom by the Naga
organisations, the Govt of Manipur is also silent on the "Quit
Manipur" notice to all non-Meites by the underground organisations.
As is the norm of Human Rights organisations in the NE, all are silent.
