Sorry,I do not have direct access to his mind.However,it has been
amply clear from day one that he defends ULFA's nefarious
acts,including killing of innocent Biharis tooth and nail by imputing
those to the theory of ' root causes'.
I have no option but to have a crystal clear impression that he has
tacit support for everything,they have been doing.
