Whats so tricky?
This is NOT about justice or anything else. Who really cares about that?
It is best to follow the 'easiest way out' policy.
And the best way is to release all the jailed leaders, give in to their
demands, roll out the red carpets, throw a banquet for them, and install
them as heroes, declare a national/state holiday. That way everybody is
happy.
