[Assam] Insincerity of Indian Railway

Sub: Insincerity of Indian Railway 
Sir,
Namaskar. I am an independent journalist based in Guwahati and would like to 
draw your attention towards an irritating experience of mine today morning.
I am at this moment inside the Janasatabdi Express (Train No 2067) on way to 
Jorhat. The train was announced to leave Guwahati Railway Station by 6.30 am 
(July 1, 2010). 

Accordingly me any my wife (D-9, seat no 9 and 10) got into the train. 
But amazingly, it started moving one hour later (7.30 am).
Shockingly there was no announcement about the delay.
Now is it the way to treat the valued customers (nearly 700 passengers)?
Should some one think that a section of your officials have joined hands with 
the long distance bus service owners and make the service horrible?
One must not forget that the bus service supposes to increase their fares from 
today ( 01-01-2010). And train remains a cheapest way to move in this country.
Hope you will look into the mater and take necessary actions.
