Isn't the main difference between SAV and SUV is its off road capabilities, towing etc. Thanks for clarifying here , I always thought X-5 is a SUV :-).
Lexus470GX you have I bet is a V8 one and has all the comforts of lexus products .
Its interesting to observe evolution of passenger vehicles in the last 30 years - From cars to SUV,SAV and lately the cross over vehicles ( cadillac SRX,BMWactivehybrid X6, Audi Q5 etc) .Then we have a slight variation among SUV line of products also --- 4 wheel drive and all wheel drive !!
