[Assam] Gogoi critical of intellectuals.

The GOI has been insisting on pushing the talks to go forward without
any pre-conditions.This is the right move.ULFA,as you said,could lay
down the card of sovereignty at the time of negotiation.If ULFA
leadership believe that sovereignty does not mean outright grant of
independence to a region, then they should scale down their demand in
favor more autonomy.This is exactly NSCN(M) is doing.Please remember,
the Naga rebels have agreed to sit for talks within Indian Union ( not
to mistake with Indian Constitution).T Muivah even travels with an
Indian passport.
