[Assam] Sovereignty--a fiasco?

" Bodo Sahitya Sabha (BSS) president Brajendra Kumar Brahma today said
that the dialogue with the NDFB was very important to find a permanent
solution to the problems afflicting the State. He said the sovereignty
of Boroland as raised by the Ranjan Daimary-led faction was not
possible, and so the NDFB should think for a solution within the ambit
of the Indian Constitution"
