[Assam] Sovereignty--cropper again?

Hi KJD,

It doesn't matter what Dutta (in the AT) and what Brahma said in the
Sentinel. In fact, it doesn't matter what
any number of people in Assam or outside say. What really, really matters is
what the handful of people wanting sovereignty. :-)

That seems to be the logic played and replayed again & again.
