I would do nothing if I had a Magic Wand; or  I would do what  comes to my
mind through instinct at that time:-) [ However, to each according to
his desire without interferring with others would not be a bad idea!]

Both 'Magic' and Application part of 'science' believe in determinism:
reaching a desired goal by changing reality with 'work': subjective or
'objective'.

For me, determinism works for short run; and due to so many variables course
of history is indeterminate for me. So, I would wait, watch, analyse and do
whatever comes to my mind instinctively at a given point of time. Even with
the magic wand :-)
