cannot agree with Mr Deka's comment.Its the "SOUND AND FURY" as he puts it that has spurred the govt to take action.We need more such sound and fury so that such incidents are not forgotten and the guilty are booked.Perhaps Mr Deka too shd put pen to paper and suggest measures which will ensure that the next such incident does not happen
