[Air-l] info on public participation in Internet policy making

Hi everyone - I'm in the thick of a lit review:) Does anyone know of any
good resources on the use of public participation/ town hall-like meetings
in the making of Internet -- local or federal level -- policy?  Not
surprisingly, I'm not finding a lot...any suggestions are greatly
appreciated!
