[Air-l] info on internet content regulation

Hi All,
I'm working on an article which compares the state of internet content
regulation in the US with that in Australia. I'm looking for any info on
filtering / blocking / education etc re internet content, especially in
schools, libraries etc. If anyone knows where I can get statistics,
articles, news reports, general info relating to these things (in
either/both Aust and USA) your help would be greatly appreciated.
