Asian youngsters are so fluent in SMS-ing.
Now ICQ also has a program to send SMS. It's so common to send SMS from 
ICQ to cell-phone and vice versa.
Recently, I see some youngsters in Indonesia typing messages in ICQ from 
their computers in Internet-cafes while receiving SMS from their 
cell-phones.
