Any of you on Air-l?  What about similar e-networks/organizations in those
countries to AOIR?  How about others, who do you recommend that I connect
with?

I might be coming through one of both of your countries March 29 - April 2.
I'd like to connect on issues like social networking, e-democracy,
e-government, etc..
