Here is another classic:
Palloff, R. M. and K. Pratt (1999). Building learning
communities in cyberspace: Effective strategies for
the online classroom. San Francisco, Jossey-Bass.
This book is a nice read and hits most of the major
issues. Discusses the learners in interesting ways.
Not a "how-to" book. There are so many websites on
e-learning I can't think of the best one, but here's a
place to look at for 'how-to' and BP models:
