I am an older graduate student who is working
on a paper this course with the working title of "How
will internal/external blogs shape the corporate
communications function and profession?"  I'm being
bold to ask you directly if you might know some
sources for the answer to this question.  I have found
quite a bit of literature on the topic of what is a
blog and how it will change communications channels,
but little on this particular topic.  If you have any
ideas of where I might search further, I'd be
extremely grateful.
