I think that was actually the second executive committee:)  It may  
have been the first openly elected though under the new bylaws.   
http://www.aoir.org/?q=taxonomy/term/21&from=10  has a list of who  
and when for the exec.  I made the list so all errors were mine,  
including apparently putting Barry out of alphabetical order... I'll  
fix shortly.
