Hi Jonna,
My Ph.D. dissertation examines online chat conflict.
It is called Virtual Trouble: Negotiating Access in
Online Communities. It has a chapter specifically on
opposition and argument. It used a combination of
conversation anlaysis and ethnographic methods.
