There's a chapter in this book re: digital fiction.
Gibson, S. B. and O. O. Oviedo, Eds. (2000). The
emerging cyberculture: Literacy, paradigm, and
paradox. Cresskill, NJ, Hampton.
Most people just use the Bolter references:
Bolter, D. J. (2000). Writing space: computers,
hypertext, and the remediation of writing. Mahwah,
N.J., Lawrence Erlbaum.
The Trace Writing Centre in the UK have written a
guide on moving from print to digital writing, you
might check also their resources for qualitative
studies:
