Yes I am here in Rio.  I've also established a community Web site for  
the IGF at http://igf-online.net, which I'd encourage you to check  
out (it also links to all the official sites and other community  
resources).  I also have a daily blog about the IGF at http:// 
igfwatch.org/.  Finally I'm writing my PhD thesis on the IGF, which  
is complete in draft and can be found at http://www.malcolm.id.au/ 
thesis.
