[Air-L] percentage of Internet access?

Also access is not use and this week I am considering the question of  
what impact the internet has..what do people use the net for? what is  
Internet literacy? at work at statistics Canada we also consider  
intensity of use in terms of frequency. Also years of access.

Many ways to dice these simple numbers.
