Dear Friends and AoIR Colleagues, FYI:

UNESCO launches today the new Knowledge and Innovations Network for  
Literacy (KINL) that offers access  to  best practices and projects   
aimed at improving literacy that in many cases are based on ICT  
solutions in developing countries

  (mainly but not limited to)   . Researchers and pratictioner can  
link up and share information.
