The seventh annual iConference will take place February 7-10, 2012, at the Toronto Marriott Downtown Eaton Centre Hotel in Toronto, Canada. The four days will include peer-reviewed papers, posters, workshops and alternative events. Also included is a Doctoral Student Colloquium and an Early Career Colloquium. Keynote addresses will be given by Ron Deibert and Geoffrey Nunberg.

The iConference is presented by the iSchools, an association of 33 academic institutions spanning North America, Europe, and Asia; all are dedicated to advancing the information field in the 21st century. The iConference pushes the boundaries of information studies, explores core concepts and ideas, and creates new technological and conceptual configurations — all situated in interdisciplinary discourses.
