The current issue of the Amateur Computerist Vol 20 No 2 about the Era 
of the Netizens has just been published.

Many of the articles are about the contribution to their society made 
by netizens in China. Also there is an article each about netizen 
activity in Egypt and in South Korea. Other articles are about the 
internet as a model for national development and as a source of 
principles for scientific economic theory.
