Good morning,

As you were an invitee to participate in the fifth "Future of the Internet" survey, fielded by Elon University's Imagining the Internet Center and the Pew Research Center's Internet & American Life Project, we thought you would like to know that the results from the first survey question are now available online.

The question examined people's opinions about the likely 2020 future for hyperconnected youth - by 2020 this will be Generation AO, for "always on."

A 36-page report synthesizing the results has been posted online at http://www.pewinternet.org.

You can view fuller details at the Imagining the Internet site at these three specific addresses:

More than 1,000 people participated in the survey, sharing a number of wonderful insights. The study is going to get national press coverage - including pieces by Reuters, the Chicago Tribune and the Los Angeles Times.

Thank you to those who so generously gave their time to share their hopes and concerns!

Best regards,
Janna Anderson and Lee Rainie
