http://greptweet.com can collect the last 3200 tweets of any account.
If you use it regularly, you can gather more than 10000 tweets
seamlessly.
But there is a big problem with this tool: It uses the public Twitter
API, so you cannot go to the "past" (if the account has already posted
those 10000 tweets, using greptweet you've already lost
10000 - 3200 tweets ;-/)
